I'm currently residing in Woodbridge and considering the possibility of selling my condo. Is now a good time to sell?

Hi Karen , I would say its a good time to sell if your planning to relocate to another property, depending on the price point there are many opportunities. Some condos in Woodbridge are still in demand , depending on which building and size. We can definitely get together to discuss or call me any time Max @416.937.5831 ,With no obligation

Hello Max, So I'm moving in with my boyfriend of five years, and I expect my condominium in East woodbridge will be on the market for a while due to the number of units available in my building. I am in good health, I still have plenty of life ahead of me. I'm considering the option of keeping the condominium and leasing it out for the next five years. How is the rental market for condos on my street? ( Highway 7 ) vs is it be better to sell instead?

Hi Karen, If leasing is an option it may be a good idea, there are people looking for rentals. We would have to make sure we get you good tenants. Let me know as we can definitely discuss further. Warm Regards.

Mr. Max, feeling a bit uncertain about what to do with my condo, which I bought when I was single and have since paid off. Now that I'm living with my boyfriend and contributing to his household expenses, my condo sits empty. I have two main options: I could sell the condo and invest the proceeds in a low-interest savings account, potentially generating around $15,000 a year for our living expenses. Alternatively, I could rent it out, which might bring in $1,100 to $1,400 monthly after expenses, with the hope that the property appreciates over the next five years. However, I'm concerned about the risks, such as difficult tenants or a downturn in my particle building, apparently, they are also going to be building lots more condos in my area. While I'm leaning towards selling due to current interest rates and my apprehension about finding reliable renters, my boyfriend believes that keeping the condo as a paid-off investment is wise. I'm torn between his perspective and my instincts, and I feel I should consult with you max. Also, I'm hesitant to work with his son, who is also an agent, for either renting or selling. Any light you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Karen. My name is Attila. Have you decided how you plan to utilize your condo? It sounds like a valuable asset.

I have no clue at the moment Attilia, but thank you. I plan to sell before any unrealized capital gain tax occurs, and I hope to god that day never comes.
