enough with renting
We’re done with renting. Even though we live on the main floor of a house, we’re tired of dealing with the annoying tenants in the basement who are loud, smelly, and disrespectful. Our landlord is a joke, and we’re ready for a change. We want to own our own home, find our own tenants for the basement, and build our own equity. Being a landlord sounds way better than putting up with our current situation, and it’s time for us to move forward in life. Looking for small start house with basement setup.

Hi Greg, right now it is a buyers market with lots of options, especially with a basement apartment that is ready to rent. I suggest you look at fully finished properties as they are undervalued and turn key. Let me know your area and then I can give you an idea of what your get at different price points. I'd love to have a no obligation chat.

The agent who can secure the best deal for a detached house with three bedrooms in the specified postal codes is certainly worth contacting. Agents please provide your expert assessment of the best deal available in the area M9V & M9L - Thank you.

Hi Greg, First off, congratulations on making the decision to become a homeowner. For most people, it’s one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make and an important step toward building equity for themselves instead of someone else. Since you’ve come back to the thread, I’m guessing you may not be getting the answer you’re looking for yet. Part of the challenge is that “best deal” means different things to different buyers. It could mean the lowest price, the best basement income potential, the least amount of work needed, the largest lot, or the strongest long-term value. Without knowing a buyer’s budget, financing, down payment, and goals, it’s difficult for any agent to say what the “best deal” would be for that particular person. Connecting with a Realtor is a great first step. Once they understand your situation and explain how the process works, they’ll be in a much better position to help identify the right opportunities for you. Thanks for the question, and best of luck with your search.
